LBC Canvas is a "7 Windows of Instructional Design" strategic framework for designing development processes. It provides a great overview of the whole project, including key components and dependencies amongst given activities/methods. One can draw on it, use PostIt cards and every different graphical form in order to illustrate the "flow" of the process. It works best with LBC Deck.
